Technology
The NACAS National Office provides the following tools to support volunteers:
Help Desk: Please submit all technology support requests to support@nacas.org. All requests will be filed in our automated help desk system, and you will be able to check on their status at your convenience.
Informz: Our bulk email platform. Regions can contact the NACAS National Office to receive access and schedule training. Regions can also have the NACAS National Office create and distribute emails on their behalf. To do that, submit a subject, contents, and distribution list to support@nacas.org. Please provide a lead time of 5 business days.
Umbraco: Our website content management system. Regions can contact the NACAS National Office to receive access and schedule training. Updates need to be approved by the NACAS National Office staff before they are published. Please provide a lead time of 2 business days.
